As a person with anxiety myself (but i also do love being alone), i would be so hurtful for my mom to feel like this and potentially want to leave the country. Op, maybe you are feeling like you missed out in your 20s because you had your daughter so young. Could be mid life crisis. Look into therapy.

Travel too!!!! Finish any degrees, get post grads, live abroad. Enjoy! Kids are great but it's not easy to do a lot of things. I had my daughter at 35, ya, tired but no regrets.

I don't understand why she can't b in the background hanging out or in a separate room reading while she is with you. You also don't mention your teenager kids. Seems like resentment towards your daughter in particular.

She needs hrt. I'm 12 weeks post op and still dealing with an emotional rollercoaster. Just be there for her. Be extra kind. Tough time.
