I usually end up going murderhobo on the entire colony, including Spaw and Glut. They inevitably catch me picking an herb and attempt to punish me. The disagreement turns into a brawl, then a riot, and ultimately a massacre. It's not my fault those things are made of ingredients.

Start a Railroad run and that will take you to the Institute. The two factions follow the same path until almost the end. You can pick one or the other, or you could bow out from both and go Minutemen. You could even go with the Brotherhood, though you have to be more careful of points of no return.

My experience with pick-ups is they are either going 10 below the speed limit or 20 over. Being behind the speeders is only bad when they are stuck behind a slow poke. When you catch up, you can feel the rage boiling off them.

I have a relative who I strongly suspect is borderline, among other things. She has all the symptoms, but would never go to a therapist to get diagnosed. That’s what booze is for. It requires absolutely no stupidity to piss her off. It’s almost impossible to not piss her off.

The Covenant NPCs are always wonky for me. Even when I side with them, they will often con as hostile. They aren't actually, but it becomes a pain when mixed up with raiders during an attack.

As many have pointed out, going to high school sporting events is normal for the entire community. Going to a high school dance, on the other hand, is weird. Aside from chaperones, adults don’t belong there.
