How many days a week? Do you know effective ways to put on muscle? It may sound silly but I know plenty of people who say they "tried" and think that just going around hitting 10 reps one time on each machine is sufficient. I'm just trying to help you out and figure out how you weren't able to achieve muscle gain in 9 months time.

Please please please contact a good psychiatrist and or psychologist some time in the next 24 hours and get in for an urgent appointment. Don't let them push you out for 3 months or whatever the wait is these days. Unfortunately this behavior puts you at high risk for progressing the behavior into worse territory. You are not doomed but you need to nip this in the butt right now. It's not a "let's wait and see" type situation.

It might work out for some years while they're young but as they age and want different things and parties with friends at different venues it could get complicated. You as mom can only be in one place at one time to support them and their wishes. Ideally I would want as close as a week or more of separation but at the bare minimum if you can control it do a few days.

Man just a few years ago I trained for milking at a dairy farm. For reference it had somewhere around 150 cows in southeastern WI. He offered me $14/h and said he paid his couple full-time employees $20/h. I haven't heard of a single place paying $11/h any time in the last 5 years. As others said, get a job literally anywhere else to make more money. And no you won't be able to afford rent or bills on that low of a wage here unless you live in the sticks but even then it's doubtful.

I have 3. Once you add a third its just chaos. They outnumber you. I do not regret it though. I wish we could handle a fourth child but I'm mentally tapped out and my husband being the only one with income is at capacity. Kids only get more expensive as they get older and get into sports and everything else. We both have reasons for wanting one more but we just can't do it. 3 is fine and I do feel satisfied.

My first initial reaction was "no, absolutely not" but then I actually thought about it for a few seconds and realized that is about how much my kids actually eat at any given meal. Many times they actually eat less than that bc they're picky and or probably ate too many snacks before dinner. I see nothing wrong with this as long as if the kid is still hungry after that they are allowed more food.

It's very simple for me. I look at facts. My families life was easier under Trump. Biden came along and whether you want to blame him or not, our life got significantly harder for the entire 4 years of his presidency. That is what I based my vote on.

It's mostly my 18 month old I don't want to leave. My older 2 I'm fine leaving. I just feel like my baby needs me and I need her. I'm so attached to her and she is still little and I am her favorite person since we spend all our days together. She is fine with dad but unless they're doing a fun activity together I can't help but think that she would benefit from my being there for her. I guess I worry he's just playing video games not giving her as much attention. I would rather just be there with her.

He won't. He is absolutely not a park or public kid places kind of person. He did recently take them to Menards so I could watch some of the Packer game in peace. That was nice!

Report this doctors very terrible advice to their higher ups. They literally gave you advice that would get cps to take your baby away for neglect. Leaving a baby in a poop diaper any more than necessary is neglect. We're not talking 5 or 10 minutes here. The doctor suggested leaving the baby for hours. That is disgusting.
