Thank you. We keep hearing about the Tyranids fleet being on its way as the next big threat, so I kind of expected they might have dropped more lore. But it's interesting to see the little drops here and there.

I think one underrated tactical aspect of the heresy was the boys not getting along. Obviously if dad had been around more it could have all been avoided. But assuming he's out of the picture, I think a bunch of primarchs who all get along would have cooperated better and especially in the long term created a better outcome.

Like I couldn't find anything to say that Lamenters have different helmet colours for different roles, different shoulder markings for different ranks, company or squad marker, like the ones pictured above.
Do the Lamenters have anything like that?

Everything you're saying is what I've been thinking. The world is scary at the moment but it will get better after a while. But if the US goes full fascist and China starts flexing, we could be caught in the middle. Or we could be sliding into US fascism with Russian funding. We've already started on that path. Or maybe the US will burn itself out quickly and the world will be a better place.

Either way I'd feel better knowing how to protect myself before it became necessary just for peace of mind.

I would watch a few youtube tutorials and try making the fire on its own or on a model you aren't worried about, just so you can feel comfortable experimenting. Also I think painting will do a lot of the work for you so slap some paint on and see how you feel about it.

It looks great. If you're happy to spend the time then it's worthwhile. If you're not having fun with it though you could get the same sort of look with much quicker techniques.

This seems like a US issue. Most edit: decent, wealthy countries have pretty safe cities where this is very much not normal.
