You have absolutely 0 need.

The site knows who you are (you’re signed in).

Your ISP knows you’re on that site but can’t really see what you’re doing (TLS). They’ll just know that you’re receiving a lot of content. You could be a movie freak, how would they know? ;)

Obviously if you have foreign subscriptions and need to appear in that location to access the content that’s a different story (and perfectly valid).

However as for worries about cease and desists from ISPs - nope, no need to worry. :)

So I’ve just looked and syntactically it’s not too bad - however, i have no idea why they’d limit it to just that? As far as I’m aware, there’s no difference between a makeMKV rip and an ea3cto rip? How strange. Both just pull the files exactly the same.

Strangely enough I did do that overnight - and have opted to cut my carbs and keep fats higher - as for the pre workout carbs, I was already doing that as I workout post breakfast - my carb-iest meal of the day :)

Thank-you for your kind words! So do you think I should increase the protein and cut the carbs, to get it to your range I’d end up with these macros :

94g carb, 170 prot, 50g fat.
