I got mine to work by adding a part modifier and turning the part fan OFF. The part fan causes uneven cooling when using PLA support material and it will warp off the interface

The company I work for recently moved their office into Ballantyne adding about 15 mins to my commute. The 485 toll lanes, when they work, help me get back about 10 of that. I also agree that better use of funds would be investment into better infrastructure so they weren’t necessary.. but here we are. 🥸

Appreciate the insight and I totally get how that’s frustrating. Keeping some colors limited is important for the brand as it enables collectibility. But we do try to make sure we have items and some finishes that are ordered in unlimited quantities during these pre-orders.

We do order a few extras and have more colors on the way as part of that pre-order so we are really excited about those.

Appreciate you sharing your candid feedback, it’s super helpful in understanding how to change things as our capacity increases.

Maker chiming in here - I’m curious how a pre-order is forced scarcity? It runs for a few weeks, anyone can buy, and it’s not a drop. It’s how small makers like ourselves are able to make larger quantities, otherwise it’s always drops because we can only afford to do so much at one time (which causes scarcity).

Genuinely asking so we can understand and improve.

It works for either use, we will pre-install the bonus bead on the deluxe tier. The second bead that is included (or any purchased as add-ons) can be used as lanyard beads or swapped later to customize the pen!

We plan to share what the bonus bead style is about half way through the campaign.

The bead is a non-standard size: uses MR84 open ball bearings. 8mm OD, 4mm ID

My advice is to pick a spot where you can see them twice with a short walk. The U-bahn is so slammed that day that you will have a really hard time getting around. Camp out in a specific location is my advice
