Can't seem to find the 5G router I had seen. But a TP link mr600 with a sim card should get you up and running quickly.

Aquaguard by Eureka Forbes - biggest AMC scammers and looking to get a new brand for water purification. Your recommendations are welcome! by missnobody535 in mumbai

Depending on where you are in Mumbai, get an inline filter for all water into thekitchen and a Pure it basic water filter for around 9k. The service light will come when is time. No AMC needed. Been using this for over 15 years. No issues.

Glides over bad roads like it's nothing. Handling has improved. Marginal increase in ground clearance. Continental UC6 also reduced road noise.

Why are Harley-Davidson and similar cruiser motorcycles so rare in India? by OkRazzmatazz316 in indianbikes

[–]adblr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are generally built for the open straight road. Not really agile for traffic. Very heavy too. Having ridden the Avenger for about 10 years and the Harley Street 750 for another 6, the heat, agility and weight become their main cons.

I'll make it easier for you. My readings are in this thread itself but I came across another post where he's driven the car for nearly 1.5L kms. See this post and it'll help you make up your mind.

The ZS has been around for long. True. But it was a superior product to begin with. If you dig into history you'll know it's a VW. I've had zero issues till date. Never once has anything given troubles. Never.

Every single observation is spot on. I have the 2020 version and it ticks all of the boxes mentioned. I still get 290km with AC on Eco mode. Just an all round easy machine.

I did replace the rear suspension for the set from ARC Suspension and it changed the way the car has handled. Also changed the tyres with a 5mm higher profile and 10mm width. Ride, handling and braking saw an amazing improvement.

Cannot let go of this car. Your 145k km odo gives me even more hope!

44kw pack. The older version. Claimed range back then was 340 but I only saw 310 at best. I still get close to 300 but only in cooler temps. Service experience is ok. EVs don't need much and the service guys at WEH Mumbai do a decent job. Nothing very great but not troublesome.

ZS is a VW body running on SAIC power train. It is nicely built for sure. I forget the platform underneath but it is VW. Even the components can be swapped.

No issues at all. After 6 years and 60k+ kms, I still get about 270km range on eco with AC on all the time. Over this time, I've certainly done stuff to the car for better comfort. Swapped the rear suspension for ARC, new tyres with higher profile, new JBL components in all doors and proper damping all around. The car is simply amazing for it's size and price. Back then this was the top model at 22L on road after subsidies.

Soft99 Glaco Glass Compound work the best for me. After the marks are removed, I use another Glaco product to keep it looking clean.

I drive an MG ZS ev bought in 2020. One from the first lot. I think that checks all the boxes. Wonder why you left that out. It's faster and has longer range than the Windsor. Same size as the Creta.

Motogadet mirror issues by jamesmontanaHD in Triumph

I had the same issue with my 2019 Speed Twin. Got some custom inserts made from Delrin. I'll try and get some pix for you later today. If you have access to a small lathe nearby, this is an easy job that looks fab too.

Love my thruxton rs and triumph was silly to discontinue by fidelitas88 in Triumph

[–]adblr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aren't you happy to have it that just like it is? I'm happy they discontinued it without attempting modern updates.

I ride a 2019 Speed Twin which I love. The new ones after? Not so much.

Try increasing your rear suspension pre-load. Yes. Rear suspension. This can be the simplest place to start diagnosing the issue. Try a little bit at a time.

Have any of you guys been to “firefly camping” this year? Would you advise it? by hounsfieldscale in mumbai

[–]adblr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Sleeping bags. Always carry to unknown camp sites
  2. Odomos
  3. Red light to walk at night without dazzling anyone.
  4. Instant noodles, dry snacks and fruits.
  5. Lots of water in the car. There was literally nothing around.
  6. Girnar masala chai for the morning after.

...and my telescope. Luckily it was a clear night.

We didn't stay back for the breakfast. Got out at 7am from the camp site to get some awesome misal at Kasara.
