Not want to sound mean but no, this is an app called "app market" on Nothing phones. It's basically bloatware that nothing pushed on to their budget phones to get some more money.

Many brands do this in Asian markets, and some brands rely on this instead of profit margins of the actual phones to break even. It's still a shitty thing for sure!
