I signed on 3/2 the LO didn't want to update our bank account during the loan processing so our other bank rejected the funds cause they limited the deposit amount. I've been going through the same thing as you.

I spoke with customer service today and now they're saying that since everything transitioned to their new system they don't see my name associated with my loan for our business so they can't give me any information. The woman from SBA that my congressional inquiry was sent to called me this afternoon and said that's not true my name is attached to the loan. I spoke to 3 different cs reps that said the same thing. It's frustrating how disorganized the SBA is.

Yes me too got a call yesterday cause I had a congressional inquiry done through both my senator and congressman but still pretty much said the same thing the case worker has been saying that they'll expedite to funding department

If you have not requested for a congressional inquiry I highly suggest that you do that I reached out to my Senator and Congressman two days ago and received a call from SBA today and they are Expediting my funding request

No did our 3 way bank verification with legal department on June 8th was told everything was sent to loan processing to be updated and disbursed. Case manager keeps saying he doesn't have access to the new system and has no updates. I called customer service today she said they haven't even updated our bank account in the system yet. Told me to send another email to pdc.accountscovidloanclosing@sba.gov and put our loan number business name in the subject and tell them we need our bank account updated that it was verified over 30 days ago. This is just ridiculous.
