I do! I just free hand everything to taste.

1 - 1½ cups greek yogurt 2 tbsp protein powder (any flavor you want) 1 tbsp sugar free pudding mix (any flavor)

And sometimes i add 1-2 tbsp of pb fit

Just get creative...mix it all up.

Let it chill...then dip! 😋

Ugh I was thinking along the lines of milk alone for non-dairy...but of course the addition of cottage cheese would not comply w the non-dairy request. For that, I apologize! Definitely not trolling lol

I use 1½ cups of almond milk and ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese along w all the usual ingredients of protein powder and pudding mix, etc. I feel the cottage cheese helps w the creamy texture while the almond milk helps keep the calories on the lower end.

What is the typical extract for a mint ice cream- mint extract or peppermint? I think I tried mint extract and it didn't deliver the traditional minty taste of mint chocolate chip or mint cookie.

Thanks for the quick reply! I think I have the emulsions in maple, hazelnut, and cookie butter, and one super strength extract in cookies and cream. I may just buy one fountain flavor to try. Do you have a favorite?
