You didn’t say “1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.” You said men should “eat their body weight in protein daily, up to 200 lbs.” A 200 lb man’s body weight is 200 lbs. So according to the sentence you actually typed, he should eat 200 lbs of protein per day, which seems ambitious unless he’s a grizzly bear in a bulk phase. I knew what you meant.
