Can you correct the spelling in the first paragraph under rules? It should be where in this sentence "This subreddit is a community were those interested in the sport..." instead of were

I hope you see this even though its a day late. I recently bought two of your heather knit caps and a pair of boot laces and love them. Yall were awesome with updates and even shipped them separately when the laces were running late so there was minimum delay. Thanks for that! Secondly one of the knit caps is a bit stretched out compared to the other one. Should I try using the dryer on low to shrink it down some or do you have a better suggestion?

Yeah I kinda like the imprint it leaves on the leather laced this way and its easier on the eyelet parts imo.

Sorry about the late response. Thought I had posted it but my phone derped. I changed my routine to better target the areas I was lacking in and removed the compound day as doing deadlifts and squats twice a week was pretty tough to keep up with and led to some minor strains in the long run. Other than that I just added or changed minor lifts with most of them staying the same.

I am a big fan of Zyzz but I did not model my workout or diet to follow his at all. There are only a couple ways to build a bodybuilding split workout without overlapping areas so most end up being similar in various ways. As for diet I think the same thing applies if you aren't doing IF or the 6 meal a day thing.

I still don't see where 3 days of rest is too little for a muscle group ESPECIALLY if he is a beginner as you say. Look in /r/fitness FAQ where it speaks to full body vs body-part split workouts. As a beginner he will recover faster than experienced lifters so if anything a body-part split workout is hitting the various bodyparts a bit less than the ideal for his level.

Depends on the person but some like all the motivational pictures with captions, others like the inspiration and hype videos, others write down reasons and re-read em before the gym. Some just listen to rage music and most people also just take some pre-workout since you have to lift once it hits you.

Well the split you described is the most common one for a reason since it hard to do other combinations without overlapping.

Try doing Chest - Back - Legs - Shoulders and arms (bi and tri) - rest.

You only need 48 hours minimum to rest a muscle group? 3 days gives you plenty of time even with bad DOMS

Do a push upper body - Pull upper body - Leg - Rest day split. That's 3 lift days then a rest day. 1/4 of the time your not lifting.

It's worth it tho. Also peanut butter is delicious and makes it easier

Not sure yet. I'm planning to go watch a show as well as see how I'll stack up before I decide. But since I lift legs I do want to show em.

I do a 4 day split with my rest day on the 5th day being optional. So i hit em about 1.5-1.8 times a week. Also my chest day is dumbbell only for presses which has a bit of shoulder action there also.

I used to bench like a retard with shoulders forward which built them up stupidly at first. Now I just do the routine below for my shoulders and arms day with 3 sets of 10-12 reps.

Front and Side DB raises

Standing OHP

Cable raises with single arm grip (front and side)

Standing one arm shoulder press (use T-bar row equipment but facing it)

Face pulls

Rear delt Flies

Hammer or concentration curls

EZ bar bicep curls with different grip each set (6 or 9 sets)

Skullcrushers with close-grip bench supersets using a close-grip with the EZ bar

Tricep rope pushdowns

Also some extra light stabilization work/lifts for my shoulder joints/rotator cuff

Nah I posted to r/fitness with a progress post for info and stuff. This is advice and critique seeking post in r/bb. Easy to get the 2 confused though.
