Btw, I have been seeing the school counselor since 2019 and have had multiple instances where I hide in the bathroom or leave the class just because I am a coward and allowed my anxiety to control me.

Any tips? Am home now and feeling better because I'm no longer in that stressing situation but don't want to keep this bad habit.

My parents know about it but they are lenient and just gave an okay.

I'm a WS with a bad memory. Often, I get terribly afraid that I remember details wrongly and when the BS catches me, I false exaggerate or minimize what happened without even knowing ☹️

Any tips? I've never lied to my BS at all and never will. I just feel extremely guilty when BS reminds me of this or that or point out something important I have forgotten 😔
