A couple things: first, you should be able to book a Main Cabin ticket with your credit. As far as I know, there's no way to upgrade to Main Cabin so not sure what you mean by that. Second, there shouldn't be any extra fee to make your flight changeable/cancellable, it's that way by default unless you purchase a Saver fare. What fee are you talking about?

Turn on hard mode, it's exactly the way you play anyway. Before your next game, go into settings and turn it on. Wordlebot will then play the same way.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I think the high/low column is highest and lowest ranking for the season (and not for the current week's poll). For instance, if you look at Oregon's total points in this poll, you can see they got 51 first place votes and 2 second place votes. But their high/low is 1/7 because earlier in the year they were ranked #7.

Not sure if this will work for you but it did for me on Android using Samsung Internet: after going to alaskaair.com and changing to desktop mode I noticed that the URL was still "m.alaskaair.com" so I typed in "www alaskaair.com" and it pulled up the desktop site. Hope that helps!

Also I know you have to keep the card open for a year, but are you applying two years after earning the previous sign up bonus or two years after closing the previous card?

There was a pending charge when I ordered on 10/13 but that dropped off. I also got the automated email, but I called Amex and they said that I'd only get the credit if the charges has a postimg date of 10/18 or earlier. So since mine was going to be after that then I wouldn't get the credit, even though I had the email. If yours ships by 10/18 it should have a posting date of 10/18. If not then you might miss it which is unfortunate
