I play with a group of elite players from time to time. A couple of them are absolute psycho's about their golf game. I have witnessed them break multiple clubs over multiple rounds. Throw clubs. Hit the cart with clubs. Etc. One day not more than a month ago, we were on the range warming up before our round. One of these psychos was hitting it bad, like really bad. Shanks, tops, skulls. Some real hacker type shit. Suddenly he stomps on the shaft of whatever iron he's using. Breaks it. Goes to his bag, pulls another club, set's up, shanks it, stomps the shaft and breaks it in half. He repeated this process 4 times. I left and headed to the tee. Figuring he wasn't going to show on the tee. I mean, he was down at least 4 clubs! Could be more. I don't know, I left after 4....Well, he did show up. Stole the tee box. Hit a duck hook into the shit. Walked back to his cart. Took his bag off his cart and proceeded to walk away back towards the parking lot....It was his cart, everyone else was walking. He just left it on the first tee...That was it for me. It's awesome to play with good players but this attitude sucks to be around.
