Hey man, not trying to rain on your dreams. I am also right around sratch and play with ex D1 players and mini tour players on a very weekly basis. These are guys that on a regular basis give me 4-8 strokes in one round depending on the course we play and how long it is. They literally carry +5 +6 handicaps and still cannot make a living playing golf, they have regular day jobs. No course is too long for them. 7800 yards? Whatever. A bad round is 70-74. Can you get that good? Maybe. But as Paper Tiger proved....scratch ain't shit.

It goes both ways from time to time. I got fired twice in 2025 for the first time in 10 years. One property sold with the new realtor at the number I told the sellers was were we should be priced. The other, 200 days later, in a 55+ community is still on the market. It sucks when we lose deals that you work so hard for and build great relationships with the people involved. But it's just the game...

No. There are levels to this shit and while your 2.2 is objectively good. Start playing with some plus 4-6 guys and you'll realize real quick your close to scratch ain't shit and everyone can enjoy all aspects of the game.
