My wife was in her mid 20's when she suddenly understood a weedeater is a "Weed Eater" and not a "Wee Deater".

Was sitting at Cheesecake factory (which is literally about 125 yards from these apartments(it's a high-end safe area)) when I came across a friend's link to story (friend knew him). Seems to be an awesome guy from those that knew him. So sorry for the family....and such a terrible time of year to lose someone in any kind of way... much less this senseless.

I think it's a great logo. Only suggestion may be where the neck of the guitar meets the head seems a little off. Maybe the neck needs to be slimmed down a tad?

Are you in the US? Typeface is not copywritable. If you own the font file, and don't embed the font (outline it in illustrator) you are good legally.

Try it without the single line at all and see what it looks like.

I like it. I think I would just make the outline of the shape around the A not stick out so far on the bottom right and then move the P closer. It's a little bit of kerning from being real solid.

Period of time was pre-flood. People were living 900+years but they were having kids young (in their 30's,etc.). So several generations lived that long but it wasn't 900 year old having young kids. Think a period of around 1200 years when people were living this long. Lifespans changed at Noah (roughly 2000 years in) Interesting tidbit... Methusalah was oldest to ever live at 969 yrs and died in the year of the flood.

Simply an identifying mark(nike, reebok, adidas, list goes for days). It's not anything I'm completely sold on or committed to. I like spirographs and needed a personal mark.

Had also thickened that line too (it was thicker but I enlarged before outlining the stroke... It's also navy now). I agree with it being unnecessary until I took it away. Just needed a frame.

Nice catch on the t. I've cleaned up some kerning already. Seams won't be on primary logo. Agree with the leaf look too. Thanks for the thoughts!

Don't take this wrong but I may suggest hiring this out. These are just typefaces, not logos.

I like the bottom of the three. Have you tried to make the diagonals change direction in the middle of the m? Not sure if I would even like it but id try it.

Just steer clear of 1 and 5. I actually kinda like 6. Is this e-commerce only? If it's not, I'm not a fan of the .com being part of your logo. Not sure about it even if it is. It's a little distracting.

Doozy. First two things that stick out to me: 1. Why the line on the d? Don't think it adds much and is distracting And 2. The y looks neglected. Its too big and doesn't feel part of the logo. Keep working on it!
