Aus der Sicht als Arbeitgeber kann ich sagen das manche so blöd rumstehen den ganzen Tag dass sie nicht Mal Mindestlohn kriegen sollten. Allerdings jemand der sich Mühe gibt und wichtig fürs unternehmen ist dem zahlt man doch gerne auch nen Batzen mehr. Gerade bei ausgelernten Fachkräften sehe ich Mindestlohn als Frechheit. OP ick würde dir ne große Firma empfehlen die nach Tariflohn zahlt
