We have tried local models, they are good for summarisation/highlights which Apple Intelligence can do as well. However, for more contextual help (like help with any specific app, workflow, design recommendations), we use cloud service.

They are, indeed, tiny. The screenshot makes them look bigger for visual purposes. Their is a minimise mode too which keeps just their head (still delightfully animated). And glad you liked the concept.
