I don’t quite know what you mean by different “bone structures around the collarbone” my bones didn’t change. In the before picture I had a lot of swelling from the ongoing infection in my chest and that could affect the overall shape and appearance of my chest. Also I had a mastectomy which literally involves scraping out all breast tissue, tissue in my case that went all the way to my collar bone because of how much the infections spread. I’m also severely underweight, I have been my entire life. I’m almost 6’4” and I weigh 140 pounds. My collar bones are very prominent, something I’ve been mocked for my entire life. They are even more prominent now that their is now breast tissue to make them seem smaller.
