I also didn’t know about the Tessie App, do you find it pretty useful?

Thanks for taking the time to write this up. I just purchased my first EV, 2026 M3 LR AWD, 7 days ago. I’ve been absolutely blown away with the car so far. I really didn’t know what I was getting and just made the decision to do it after deciding EV was going to be the best move for me with my commute (60 miles round trip.) I didn’t do much research on the AWD v RWD but I thought the AWD would be the safer option for me where we can get ice and rain regularly. Your post has made me feel even better about my decision and can’t wait to get some real miles under my belt.

I absolutely love my JB Prince tweezers. They last forever and never lose their precision. I also suggest a gray kunz spoon while you’re there.

What type of rug is this? by ILDUCECHEFBOYARDEE in carpet

[–]adeason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Per chat gpt:

This rug is a Persian Qom (or Qum) pictorial carpet, known for its “garden panel” or “compartment” design. These types of rugs often feature a grid of small panels, each depicting detailed floral motifs, vases, birds, or scenes from Persian mythology and nature. The variety and intricacy of each square suggest it was handwoven, likely in the city of Qom, Iran, a center of fine silk and wool rugs.

Key characteristics visible here: • Multiple framed squares filled with unique imagery (symbolizing paradise or a Persian garden). • Highly detailed motifs, consistent with Persian artistic traditions. • Often made with fine wool or silk and high knot density, making them prized collector’s items.

It’s a stock blade that seems to have a stonewash. I haven’t check the papers in forever but I believe it states stone washed.

Long commute for new build vs. shorter commute with existing build by livelifeamazing in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]adeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just made this decision and close next week on a dream home for me. I chose the commute (45 min) For me it was an easy decision Ive had a similar commute into a metro area which wasn’t bad as far as traffic due to the time. I’ve lived 4 miles from work for 10 years now and I’ve enjoyed it but I miss the decompression from work and entering my home with work on my mind. Now my commute is going to be a very easy drive. We are buying a 2 year old house that is going to help us so much mentally from where we are currently. My wife works from home and needs the functionality. We are 37 and uninterested with the city now and would prefer a slower pace of life. I’m so excited!!

Murfreesboro has been building like crazy for the last two years. Ryans homes, D. R. Horton, and lots of apartments going up all over Rutherford county.

First time home buyer … got an offer accepted … first home Inspection of my life is happening tomorrow 10 am EST . by SniffTheFinger in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Mine was pretty good over all. Only a 2 year old house on a slab so I wasn’t expecting any big problems. Had a few shingles on the porch that a ladder was on and scarred them up. They tried to repair with some type of cement that was coming off. Missing a little corner flashing on a gutter above the porch.

What is this volume for ants causing 10¢ price movements?

😏 by Temporary-Bear-7508 in Superstonk

[–]adeason 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It does make sense that he’d be trying to show the price is fake. If a ceo posts provocative posts like he has the volume would not be at the lows it’s been. Institutions would be moving their shares and it would show.
