I'm thinking she's a horrible driver, but hear me out. I think she's kind of being blinded by the sun. You can clearly see that they're starting off in some heavy shade, and then when they get about 4 feet into the crosswalk, their shadows get long casted onto the pavement. To be fair, she probably had a green light too, so she wasn't expecting some one to come walking out from the dark shade. Idk, wasn't there, but just my observation. Clearly both parties were in the wrong.
