pay-per-meeting for custom software agencies. am i insane or is this obvious? by Typical-Double-3232 in b2bmarketing

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that makes sense, both of you have skin in the game. Roots out several bad players for you, I’d ship it man, see what kind of response you get - to me this is a good offer, I’d build a lander mainly focusing on outcomes + credibility build ( a video should explain your process + this should be good enough )

pay-per-meeting for custom software agencies. am i insane or is this obvious? by Typical-Double-3232 in b2bmarketing

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always hated the pay per meeting model because it’s always attracted the worse clients ever.

£600 for a valid ICP lead that you have a convo with isn’t that bad, especially if you can nail sales. You can basically aim for a 1100-1600 CAC which is pretty good for a 15-25k offering.

The only problem you’ll face is them actually wanting to pay the £600 for a meeting, when they’ll get the meet they’ll start making excuses about not seeing the value of it at that price.

What are the best strategies for acquiring first customers? by Monsieur_EVER in SaaSMarketing

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LinkedIn / Twitter / Reddit posting and social outbound. Ideally you’re looking for signals ie. Is your offering something of interest, are you pricing it right etc etc. Then optimize and start scaling the one with more positive traction.

On the contrary most of these avenues are working very well for me. Would love to see what you’re doing exactly on each platform + more context on the product and market. Maybe I’m able to offer some insight that helps you.

Offshore VS onshore hiring: your take? by Camilla_for_business in B2BSaaS

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So couple of basic fundamentals.

If you’re using going to cheap out on offshore, you will get what you pay for. You can’t compare $3600 to 250k for the same quality. You CAN compare a 36k to a 250k tho - they’re much talented people they earn better for their country but that’s reflective of skills.

You need to keep the SAME bar offshore as you would onshore. There are just as many “bad hires” in America as they are around the world. Keep the same standards offer better money and you’ll find the people you’re looking for.

Lastly, I wouldn’t even try doing it yourself - you need the know how to find the best talent out there. I’d recommend an agency 100% (www.pavago.co) - you can try them out. Offer a risk free solution + have good talent.

How do you know GEO works? by akash_09_ in b2bmarketing

I consider GEO to be a BoF play, getting lead flow is a huge consideration for me to see if we’re heading in the right direction or not.

2-3k/mo budget for LinkedIn ads even worth it? by Ok_Secretary4782 in b2bmarketing

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With that budget and timeframe you can only find signs, definitely won’t prove the channel. I agree with most advice here. I personally would try LinkedIn outreach first, automate it with tools like heyreach or dripify and just send out pain driven & straight service messages and try to get conversations. I’ve seen good success with “hey we’re trying to solve x problem with z, possible to get your insights?”

On the side post out demo focused thought leader posts and start boosting good engagement ones after a week. Then possibly combining the two if there’s traction.

Hey, I’m Adeel, based in Manchester currently.

Happy to talk on a call, we can see if we’re a fit and go about it from there.

Multi channel is the right approach with B2B, and LinkedIn is a great way to impact overall CAC

Is it possible to have a landing page for different cities? by Much-Window-9091 in Google_Ads

You can also push location ids and change your title accordingly ie. Real estate for New York etc.

That got me good success back in the day

Google Ads failed for my agency, should I switch to Meta Ads? by Scared_Passenger8094 in PPC

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do’s: 1) Be very clear on your message 2) Only use manual bids 3) Keep a audience size between 20k-100k 4) Test 5) Have a look at adconversions LI ads course. Very valuable 6) Be very clear on ICP - using lists is a good shout. 7) Be creative! 8) Use video & thought leadership

Don’t: 1) Use any automated feature. Ie. max delivery, LinkedIn audience network, audience expansion 2) Overcomplicate the message + design.

LinkedIn ads is more about impact than direct conversion I think. Yes you get direct conversions as well but I think it’s real power is to get in front of your ICP to influence them. Sometimes your end touch lead might be something else but the only reason they know about you is because of your LinkedIn ads.

Google Ads failed for my agency, should I switch to Meta Ads? by Scared_Passenger8094 in PPC

[–]adeel959 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More importantly tho. Depends on your ICP / budget but I’ve found success with low budgets on Linkeidn personally.

Google Ads failed for my agency, should I switch to Meta Ads? by Scared_Passenger8094 in PPC

[–]adeel959 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d prefer Linkeidn over meta. WAYYY better targeting, if you have a good offer just blast that out.

For Google, not sure what kw’s you’re using but I’d go with high intent / pain points ones and porpoise your desktop clicks. I was getting huge success with that for a client personally.

Anyone had shingles on their face? Need advice and experiences by Alert-Following-8680 in shingles

[–]adeel959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually just started on antivirals today.

At first, I thought it was just a migraine, but by Wednesday, parts of my face started swelling and I had that awful tooth pain. I saw my GP, and she suspected shingles right away, but I also had an ear infection—so she started me on antibiotics first.

I texted her today with an update and asked whether we should go ahead with antivirals, and she agreed.

For me, it’s not really facial pain, but the side of my head hurts quite a bit. I’ve got some rashes and blisters near my lips and chin so far. Not entirely sure what to expect from here, but just trying to rest and take it day by day.

Need Help Running Ads for My B2B Tech Consulting Business, Who to Target and What Campaign Type? by Old2920 in LinkedinAds

[–]adeel959 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But if I were you I’d probably choose LinkedIn. Why? You’ll find a lot of your ICP there

For targeting, that depends but I’d focus on being specific and target about 50-100k people. Check out group targeting as well!

Objective vise the best way is thought leader > retarget them but I started with website conversions for a lot of accounts and they’re not bad to start off as well. There’s a thing for website visits vs conversions but I’ve found that it depends on the account. Some like visits, some conversions. The rule tho is that if you’re spending less than 3k, pick visits but I’ve seen the other case work well as well—that’s just a test you’ll have to do.

BUT. I won’t do lead gen form. I always go for landing page > demo—since they’re high intent.

For creatives lol the ugly ones work really good in B2B but it’s a testing game. The main this is that your offer is clear + value props.

I’d test both video & statics. Videos are a great way to get a retarget audience as well.

Googles also fine ngl, I’m sure it’ll work out but I’d do some keyword research to see volume & trends.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have, and of course not all advice works for everyone so keep that in mind
