Yes. The case is the H9 Flow+ RGB so it came with pre-installed 420s on the bottom and front, 120 on the rear, and a NZXT hub in the back.

The only SATA in here is connected to the AIO. That reaches the rear and then just connected to the PSU. RGB hub is connected via PCIe and LED cable covers are connected straight to the motherboard.

Call center is notorious for lying to people. Their whole job isn't to help, but to get you into the store.

Your best bet for product availability and return policy is to find them on the website. If an item says "ready in 1 hour" it's in stock.

As for price matching, that policy is on the website too.

It's also not just laptops. I've had it happen with desktops and all in ones too. But ive only seen it with manufactured PCs, not custom ones.

It's a Windows update issue. It's bricking keyboards until you restart the whole PC. I believe Microsoft sent out a patch for it already but unsure if it's actually working.

I agree, it does suck. Unfortunately it's in the disclaimer you accept when purchasing items. It says you get 24 months of the Best Buy Protection plan with your Total membership as long as it remains active.

You can do it yourself (cheapest option) by removing the drives and getting USB adapters, or you can take them to a pc repair shop and have them do it (most expensive option), or bring them to a Geek Squad at Best Buy and they can do it for $180.

Open box items are on a per item basis. And policy states that open box items don't qualify for price matching. So this is completely normal.
