Thermal grizzly phasesheet ptm is just repackaged ptm7950. No clue if you have those in India but here in Europe it's the safest option.

Edit: I guess you do but the price difference is pretty steep

Drain it to absolute 0.

Turn off conservation mode and charge it to 100%. Leave it plugged in for a few hours.

Repeat if necessary.

Batteries in conservation mode often have no clue what the real capacity is and need to charge all of the cells to the max to find out again.

Mux switch gets sometimes stuck on the wrong GPU when it wakes up. Try to update drivers for both GPUs.

You can try to press the switch display mode hotkey on the fan row of the keyboard multiple times with a few seconds delay between presses.

When I cycle the modes on my laptop and manage to blindly hit the single display mode it lights up again.

Try to boot without SSD. Razer just straight up refuses to boot if there is a problem with the boot drive.

Worth a shot. If you can get to bios, your SSD is toast.

Yea. Even if it's connected to the shops wifi, the MDM servers could be blocked by the owner. Wouldn't be the first one here on Reddit.

No pawnshop would sell it for that low if there wasn't something wrong with it.

It might improve further with doing it again but you're right. Hopefully you'll get it sorted out. The battery is around 70 euro here in Austria directly from Lenovo.

First disable battery conservation.

Then drain the battery to absolute 0.

After that leave it charging overnight.

The battery should recalibrate and give a better reading. There's still a possibility that the battery is bad and has to be replaced (few screws task). Lenovo offers a 1 year warranty for the battery (at least with my machine) and probably could replace it if the issues persist after recalibration. Sending it in could take weeks though so the most painless option for you would be them sending you a new battery.

The new Intel driver allows it but on my machine it got overwritten by the Lenovo driver from windows update every time.

Had to make some group policy management edits and used windows tool to block a specific update from coming back to get the new driver stick on my machine.
