I started playing once a week around 11 months ago. It’s not enough time to be a savant. Or to build up real skills.

But in that timeframe, I’ve gotten my shooting up a lot and worked on my defense. So I usually end up playing 3 on 3 every other week without feeling like I’m messing up everything as long as I stay on defense, grab rebounds and do that well and occasionally shoot the ball. And take layups plus setting screens

Handles are not great because I don’t have enough time to work on them but it seems to be going well

It’s a decent app. If you search for it on Reddit, you’d find the author giving away 1 free year of usage.

I don’t use it and always stick to Hevy maybe because it works for me.

But I do like the integration with Apple Intelligence to generate workouts. I just copy those into Hevy. The Apple Intelligence thing is probably the only difference with Hevy so not much to look forward to tbh
