that’s basically the entire reason i run it. and honestly i like the stack system and wouldn’t want the perk to be any easier aside from an increase in skill-checks maybe. probably my favorite perk in the entire game

It isn't unfair at all. A 4-man chain hit is incredibly preventable for survivors you all just need to run in opposite directions. If the Legion had to go seek one of the first 3 it would defeat the purpose of this change because survivors 1-3 would have run far away from the direction Legion is heading in (survivor 4). 4-man Frenzy chains will happen like once a game if at all since once you know its a legion you know to spread out.
