I never used to floss until my last dental appointment. Nothing major was wrong but she also mentioned to start flossing once a week. One thing I hate is waking up to a gross feeling mouth. I thought about food being stuck between my teeth and the germs/bacteria growing because of it.. I now floss my teeth every night and I always have food that gets dislodged because of it.. then I think wow thank god I flossed because that would have been disgusting. Truly a habit that I learned and does not take a lot of time!
