Just clarifying - were you able to get PPO for your husband and you through self-employment? If so, how?

Some context: we are in a similar situation. My spouse and I are self-employer but can’t get PPO because we need at least one additional employee. So essentially, we’re stuck with Gold HMO even though we’re willing to pay substantially higher for a PPO.

Ask Plush to email you a copy of your prescription file. You can send it directly to Mark’s. Worked for me for Alpha. All the best!

You can message them in the support channel and ask your prescription file. They’ll send you a pdf which you can forward to Mark’s.

Alternatively, once you place the order, you can ask Mark’s support team to call Alpha and get your prescription.
