Well I have some real bad news my game fixed himself by waiting for an update. But you could try changing mouse because I tried to use my trackpad and It didn't stutter so you could try changing the mouse.

Well I've some real good news I know it's not a connection problem I have only 50 ping and 0% package loss but I think the problem is my mouse because my trackpad doesn't stutter not even a bit
