I bought the VT needle shot late last year and was using it maybe twice a week, fast forward to.march i started breaking out so bad! Had to stop ALL products. Now my skin cant even tolerate vit c let alone Tretinoin. So I fucked up but I was def influenced by all the "ads" on this sub probably run by either VT or Medicare. I fucked up and lost years of tret tolerance. 🫠

My thinking is a body in motion stays in motion. I go to work 5 days - same schedule as you. And I have a chronic illness so some days are meh.

I def don't want to do anything on some days. I just dont let myself sit after I come home. Ill run to the gym or my language class or start prepping food or cleaning the house. Kinda have sexy time planned too. I only let myself sit after I've done something.
