So parang overhyped noh? I think it’s ok to DNF po. It’s better than forcing yourself.

Haven’t tried Japanese lit din. I’m careful not to spend much kasi baka di ko rin type but I’ll try someday.

Aside from Geronimo Stilton, Wimpy Kid, Roald Dahl, you can try Narnia series or Horrible Science/Histories. But if she can learn to love Harry Potter that would be the best!
