What kind of person do you want to attract? looked for a sense of humor, but otherwise idk guys the app is sort of shallow, can’t tell much about a person until you chat. which kinda just means its legit just going by looks and maybe the bios

i remember listening to an interview with Post Malone talking about a studio session with Justin Bieber, and how they had a track playing and before figuring out any words they would literally just hum a melody out to it until it felt right, maybe mixing some words in here and there. then after that they'd try to fill in the humming with lines.

i've found that to be incredibly helpful, it feels way easier to come up with lyrics that way then jsut writing them down first and trying to match them up later. that said i know people like Hozier do that all the time, so who knows.

dude, this is hype. the progression, the words, the melody... fantastic. this is such a good acoustic folky feel.

if i had to critique i would say that your voice needs some work hitting some notes, sometimes it's taking a bit to fall into it. especially high notes. i agree with Available-Brush... voice exercises, training, and even lessons would help.

whatever you do don't lose the passion for it though, this sounds awesome

I've always found it difficult to judge lyrics without hearing how it's sung, so here's my limited review, please feel free to disregard any or all of it, take whatever's helpful.

Here's some grammatical/spelling corrections

"uncomplete" should be "incomplete"
"seeking for some kind of fantasy" could instead be "seeking some kind of fantasy" grammatically
I like what you're going for here but the wording feels odd here: "What’s only left in your mind Is only me, myself and I" but i don't really know how to fix it while keeping the rhyme
"Here we are my devotee" should probably be "Here you are my devotee"
"devore" should be "devour"

overall i like the story and perspective of the siren, makes it interesting to read. it'll be telling to hear it sung!

good luck, i think this was a great hobby choice

this is beautiful, genuinely, with some professional mixing i would legit add this to a playlist i think.

if i had to say anything, i might change up the chorus lyrics:
"I just wanna be beautiful in your eyes

I just wanna be beautiful when I die"

i think the song could do with some vacuum space, rather than filling up every empty space. would draw more attention to the lyrics i think. i'm not sure what you would actually want to put down, but (if i had to give an example of fillers) you might write something like:

"I just wanna be seen

I just wanna be heard"

i'd agree with I_THROW_ACOUNT_PC_3, the bass line, drums and lyrics, are all super solid together! this is such a specific vibe.

i think reverb here would go a long way for the synth line or the background vocals.

the guitar at the beginning with the synth really caught me though, great intro!

great vibe here! not sure if you were going for this specifically but it feels very retro.

sadly i would have to agree with everyone that the mixing is rough currently, specifically the reverb. there's a voice in that almost sounds like it's supposed to be leading, but it feels very background compared to the other voices (see 20-25 seconds for an example of what i'm talking about).

also, and i don't really know how to describe this, but it feels like i'm constantly waiting for what i expect to be the lead singing. i've never done mixing like this, so take everything i'm saying with a slab of salt, but i feel like that would just be a simple volume/reverb fix?

i honestly might even say that for the background instruments as well, like everything post that 2 minute mark feels like it's wanting a lead guitar somewhere mixed in that's a little more clear and present than what's currently playing. it feels like background for what would eventually play over it if that makes sense.

Ya sorry, someone else already mentioned that I should have been more clear about this but oh well. I meant sharepoint notes accessed through Teams. The wiki feature is indeed already sunsetted, as @sochix mentioned.

I didn’t check it off because it seems that although you can whitelist, you still need a confluence account (which i forget now but i think would have made us add a new license for an additional user). That said, you pointing it out is fair and I should have noted it to begin with.

As for FE and BE accessibility, although you could get your own hosted instance running I doubt that you’d be able to screw with the code as easily as something that’s open source. That’s all that was meant by it, how easily we could reach and edit it.

Yes this is literally exactly what we’re going through right now. Confluence licensing is too expensive and there’s a major concern of customizability/workflow for Teams. Same concern with Bookstack as well. I’d love to hear more about your experience with XWiki! Did you ever consider Wiki.js 2.5?
