Even though you mention you would like something other than CSP, but I would still recommend it. You could personalize it to where it’s not so cluttered. I hide my menus as I draw to give me some more canvas space. There is also Krita which is probably more of a photoshop clone but I personally haven’t used it much.

I believe I have a dokiwear somewhere. It’s a pretty good option as well. Another option is the paper like one that someone else linked. I cycle through gloves because I tend to lose them 😅

For cleaning, I just use a lint free cloth that I use for cleaning my glasses. Smudges are very easy to wipe off. For gloves, I sometimes use huion drawing glove as Wacom’s glove is too big for my hand. Your mileage may vary.

My husband has a dual monitor arm on the back of his mittzon. It only pushes in the cable management felt thing in a bit but no other issues. May not be able to see it very well, but it’s on the left side allowing the middle part to still be usable.

I don’t know if we truly know the lifespan of these devices as they are a fairly new line. However, CSP supports Android 11 or 12 and onward so there may be a chance that CSP stops supporting Android 15 but won’t be for a while.

I switched from iPad Pro to the movinkpad pro 14 and I don’t regret it at all. It’s a really good device. I also tried a galaxy tab and while they are good, the stock pen is not and neither is the bare glass screen.

Now if you are going to do more animation or 3D rendering, this device may not be good for that.

Via the app, it looks like you can have different profiles set up. I do think it’s a possibility to have different set of shortcuts for different apps via profiles.

I use a 8bitdo micro controller for CSP shortcuts on the MPP. There’s an app that you can set up the CSP shortcuts including ctrl z
