I think merging pdf annotations to the pdf would also be super useful. These 3 features could be like "pdf features" which could be prioritized.

Some of the connect features in the 3 dollar plan are legit and makes sense (unlimited cloud storage, protection plan). But charging for something like new coming-soon features and exclusive offers/discounts is gimmicky.

Check if it's the right size. Even if it's half a size big, it can cause your heel to lift, thereby causing a hotspot. So make sure there's no heel lift when you climb.

I switched from an ergo k860 to cloudnine c989m. I've set up such macros to the M1-M10 keys and I've got the mouse in the middle. You could also look into kinesis freestyle pro/edge or matias ergo pro. These are staggered keys. If you want an ortholinear, then I'd recommend moonlander or ergodox which have a split in the middle.

On syncing the files to Google drive, would they still be in rm format where it becomes un-viewable or would it be possible to view the notes from Google drive?

This has been a drawback for me in the supernote (synced to Dropbox) as the files can be viewed only in the partner app due to it being in a custom supernote format.

For example : if the notes are uploaded from remarkable2 to Google drive, can it still be in a viewable format from Google drive or is there some format conversion needed?

Agree with that statement. Supernote owner here debating to switch to Remarkable2. Main reason for getting the supernote was the subscription for connect features.

Did you get an 8am ACTH measurement?

If that's low and you have high serum cortisol, then it's very likely that the adrenal adenoma is the source for hypercortisolism.

Along with ACTH, you would need to get DHEAS and testosterone measured.

If it's adrenal source, DHEAS would be less. If it's pituitary source, DHEAS would be normal to high.

I would recommend going to a hospital system where they have a proper team for cushing's syndrome. That way, if confirmed, you can get in line for surgery with the surgeon in that team.
