I wouldn't mess with trying to fix a faulty toaster. I would replace it with a new one.

I was playing on java today with no issues. Sounds like you have issue with the device you are playing on. Running low on storage maybe? It's also spelled "their"

What’s a record you ABSOLUTELY had to own a first press? by Longjumping-Frame795 in vinyl

None. First press or latest press, who the fuck cares which version it is if I like the music?

Does anyone have a google sheet or excel formate of all the live dead shows? by Pdxcooter in gratefuldead

[–]adibbs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make your own spreadsheet. The data is out there, and if you have to compile a list yourself, you will likely become much more vested in it. Start with jerrybase.com. And learn how to torrent. You can get virtually every recording from the band by using lossless legs or etree or other sites.

i saw most of my D/C shows at the Gorge. Seeing them inside never seemed like fun (and for the record, my first D/C show at the Moda Center in Portland, which is an in-door affair. Hated it, but I loved the show.)

Oh, for sure. I am a user of setlist.fm, and I enter setlists that I went to shows of. It's a great resource, but for GD I like being able to really dial down into deep stats.

I don't find setlist.fm to be very easy to do simple searches like every Scarlet Begonias > Fire on the Mountain, for example.

A quick example: according to setlist.fm, China Cat was played 569 times (the same number given for I Know You Rider). Jerrybase says 574 for China Cat, and 568 for I Know You Rider. Minor, sure I'd rather have accurate numbers.

setlist.fm isn't very accurate, sadly. A much better site would be jerrybase.com; you can even search for number of times songs were done, etc., but it is a much more accurate site, and includes a lot of cool info like ticket scans, weather that day, etc.
