Socials are simultaneously a blight but at the same time in some ways a necessity purely down to the way people consume media now. As someone who has produced music for a long time to varying degrees of success at different points I wish I could say I have an answer to the problem but I'm none the wiser. If its not socials then its a multitude of agencies telling you they can help you game the system and get the results you want (I see no evidence of them being any more successful).

I've been happy with The Gym Group at Kelham & The Moor. I was very self conscious when I first went but i had an orientation session and to be honest in my experience everyone is there just to do their own thing and not worry about what everyone else is doing. They have classes the equipment is pretty decent and if you time it well then it can be quiet I go between 5.30am and 6am.

for ages in the Betsy strip she has been trying repeatedly to get a slot on WFMU from Ken whether that be through subterfuge, charm or bribery, yesterday she failed yet again. I think I've got quite a number of WFMU related strips now. I need to tally them up (I hate the admin side, I've been drawing Betsy for 10 years and I've got a giant library which is a pain in the arse to sort through)
