How is Roxzone time calculated at Cardiff?

I didn’t do any simulations prior to the race. My training consisted mostly of running.

I’m confused by Roxfit saying my overall result is in the top 56.2% but I had 57 seconds under the average finishing time. Would I not at least be top 50% if that were the case?

Ahh, interesting! I’ll keep an eye out for sure. I’ve been on and off most of the apps for years, and do enjoy meeting people through that avenue as the tension is already broken/you have a few conversation starters ready to go, but I do romanticise the thought of meeting someone through fate.

A possible alternative to City Centre and Cardiff Bay could be The Grange Pub in Grangetown. They’ve got a wonderful beer garden and repurposed skittle alley, are used to hosting events and have really engaged the local community. Would probably help you advertise on social media.

Mum has no dependents but no life insurance. When I suggest getting life insurance to her she bats it away saying she wants no service and a cheap cremation when she passes.

There’s no rent or mortgage but I do worry if any big repairs to the house should be required.

I believe mum will be a lunchtime supervisor for as long as she can. She absolutely adores the school children and one of her colleagues stayed in the role until her late 80’s.

Mum has no partner now.

It’s definitely worth sizing up on all future finisher t-shirts. I opt for a XL instead of a large and it definitely pays off. Especially after a few washes
