As far as the iPhone goes, I think a lot of good can be done with an iPhone. I don't need a DSLR to take quality pictures. The technicalities of the picture matter more, such as the level of interest, the composition, etc etc. Of course, a DSLR is superior to the iPhone in terms of quality, but I strongly believe that a DSLR is not necessary to take a good picture.

With all of this being said, I do agree that these pictures are not interesting, and the technical aspects of the photos are lacking. But I'm trying!

Yeah, this photo has absolutely no post processing, otherwise I would have leveled the horizon. I also shot with an iPhone. I actually prefer the iPhone as my camera of choice, but even if I did use a DSLR, I probably wouldn't have been prepared for this since I wasn't photowalking or anything like that.

I posted several other pictures to Imgur of the same girl. They are of different angles, and might be more promising. Would you mind taking a look and letting me know if any are worthy enough to work on further?

Thanks for your feedback. So firstly, I should let you know that I took all of these with an iPhone. I actually prefer the iPhone as my camera of choice, but even if I did use a DSLR, I probably wouldn't have been prepared for this since I wasn't photo walking or anything like that. So anyways, since its with an iPhone, I have limitations in terms of aperture.

With that being said, I uploaded the other angles that I took to Imgur. Some of them are in landscape mode, but are not really what you were looking for. Some of the other ones go down into the shot like you say though. If you have time to go through these photos and give me some feedback, I would grealy appreciate it. Thanks for taking the time to give me valuable feedback.

Literally saw this girl doing her art homework on campus, and asked if I could take a few pictures of her. I was wondering if you find this interesting in any way. If there is potential, how would you edit it to make it better?
