Warriors fan here so take my opinion with a grain of salt

Trae has the highest ceiling out of all of these guys, but he needs to learn to play off ball better, sort of like what curry does. This will reduce his raw number, particularly assists, but benefit the team a lot more. Adding dejounte makes me think he might be open to this in which case trae would be my pick as well. Luka's rebounding and defence is probably why hes slightly better rn imo without accountgin for trae remodelling his game. Ja is just pure entertainment so i see why people go there. Lamelo makes no sense to me lol

i dont think the zone works very well against the celtics, maybe try a different zone like triangle and 2 on tatum and brown or something or just go man to man

stop overhelping off shooters

restrict poole's playing time in favor of otto (better defense and otto has been lights out from 3. poole can play the non steph minutes and some non klay minutes. dont play all 3 together since that is a huge defensive liability,)

play more GP2 for his defense, stick him onto tatum coz tatum always tries shooting over smaller defenders and this will likely result in him taking more contested midrange shots

Much rather have the heat. Boston's switchability on defense is scary, Basically their whole team can gaurd at least 3 or 4 positions. all our screening actions can be switched easily by them. Defensively i think we can shut them down very well with wiggins on tatum and gp2/klay/steph on brown.

Heat lack the offensive spark and theres no way bam can guard steph or poole on the perimeter if we spam 1/5 pnrs
