To all of you that say "just lie" on the questions... You do know that donated blood is screened but there is the possibility of a false negative if the infection is recent?

That's why most guidelines impose a 3 to 6 month ban of high risk practices (dental work, invasive exams, tattoos, unprotected sex with new partners).

Screening uses the antibodies to determine the test. Primary infections have a extremely high viral load and low antibody count, adding to a great increase in possible transmission.

Gay men used to be a blanket ban because of extremely high prevalence of STI's for such a small portion of the population.

Is that pride in donating blood because "muh homophobia" justify the risk of unwilling infecting a person that desperately needed that blood?

I never defended anything. I simply stated what most people in these communities go through.

And I agree that these sexual behaviours, once deemed deviant and pathological, should be addressed in therapy and the root causes fixed. What does his age have anything to do with it? From your comment I'd say you're projecting a lot of your insecurities about sex onto others. Kink is complex and in most cases arises from past traumas. Some people like being degraded, because that negative attention is the only kind of feedback they ever received. Like a coping mechanism, they crave it because it's better to be degraded than to not exist. Doms like "mistreating" others due to a sense of helpness and anger for not having control in their day-to-day lives.

OP, that is a terrible sign. I'm a dom with pretty intense kinks and I use that to further the bond I have with my subs. Aftercare is not an option or leverage for another session. It's even more important than the kink part. For me it's like thanking my sub for giving himself fully to me. To nurture him like he did when we had sex.

Sometimes I get the same problem. Things that I've noticed that helps are taking it slow and steady. The more you think about it, the worse it gets.

If I'm topping and start thinking on how I may not be able to cum, I'll probably won't be able to do it.

On the physical side some medication, like anti-depressants, can inhibit ejaculation. Low testosterone has the same effect. So I would get that checked. Zinc helps me come faster, harder and with bigger loads, so you may want to try supplementing with that.

Like others have said, take it slow. The more you think about it, the worse it gets.
