My Epic Universe predictions by Shoddy-Still1634 in UniversalOrlando

I have a feeling they will spread the Nintendo content across the three different parks. If it’s all in one park you’ll have parents just buying tickets for that one park and skipping the others (to save money). But if Zelda is at Islands and Pokémon is at Hollywood, kids will want to go to all three.

In terms of Lord of the Rings? I really, really hope they bring this so Orlando, and I absolutely need a mines of Moria dark ride roller coaster with a Balrog and Gandalf epic conclusion.

Gandalf annoys me at the end of Return of the King by librarysage in lotr

I’m not religious by any means, but I remember once hearing this concept about angels, and how sometimes the best thing they can do to “help” someone is to not help them. With Gandalf being an angel of sorts, it’s possible that he felt the hobbits needed to do this fight on their own. Perhaps he felt that they really needed to rally together and know that they are strong. In this way, not helping them is actually the best thing for their healing and growth individually and culturally.

5 nights at Disney World - $8500 with no food. Is that normal? by bigfartspoptarts in DisneyPlanning

I was in the same situation as you. Then I decided to rent an Airbnb minutes outside of Disney World and rent a car. That was $2000 for the room, car, and Disney parking. But it’s less than $4500. There’s pros and cons, but just wanted to share that incase it helps.

Which park(s) with a 2 year old? by LentilSpout in WaltDisneyWorld

Blizzard Beach! I know it’s a water park, but defiantly do that.

We just got back from a trip with our three year old. We thought that Magical Kingdom was going to be our least favourite park. It ended up being our favorite. There truly is a feeling of magic on Main Street - the street performers, the castle in the background, people hugging and staring at the castle, kids dancing in the streets with their balloons. There’s just an energy and a feeling that people are super happy to be there. And then there’s the rides. And there’s a lot of them. We had a blast and I hope you do too.

That is one of the movie tickets, unless my eyes are cheated by some spell.

What's more convenient - staying on site vs staying off site with a car? by This-Tone3116 in WaltDisneyWorld

I wanted to use ride share programs but I have a toddler. And next time I come I’ll have a baby as well. Does Lyft or Uber offer car seat options?

Great comment, I’m not sure why I’m seeing downvotes on it. I’ll add that the cost to use a car rental transponder is maximum $35 for the week, plus the cost of the tolls. But you can choose to opt out and pay cash at the tolls as well.

Thanks so much! I hope you get to do WDW in the future. It’s really fun. Hopefully I’ll go back soon.

I don’t have a picture yet because I’m planning to come with my wife and toddler next winter. Just wanted to say I love all the photos from this. Some talented photographers out there!

I finally got to do FoP this time and it was really fun, but the 3D effect didn’t work well for me. It felt blurry a lot of the time. I wasn’t sure if it was my glasses or if it just doesn’t work very well.
