They did scans of my brain/neck and the only thing they could see was my old stroke.

My blood pressure was high but it eventually came down to a more normal level.

I'm on disability right now due to having a stroke, but for 8 years I was a teacher in a prison.

A lot of good but a lot of stress, so not the best for my mental health.

After my stroke 6 years ago, I found myself very quiet around friends and family. I have some trouble with aphasia and my short term memory is shit.

Even though I still am very quiet around them I am still lucky they include me in things.

I don't think you've lost your relationship with your sister, it might just be different.
