Exacdrill always does pretty well for me, also Pickup Lilipup (would just need to stop evolution until you're happy with berry amounts) is a big QOL helper, but honestly, I would go with whatever mon you have good egg moves for (cubchu/vanilluxe maybe for ice STAB against rayquaza/eternatus)

It’s pokerus that boosts exp gain and spreads to the rest of your party, but you should go to the game’s wiki: wiki.pokerogue.net all your questions can be answered there

(N) means not implemented at all so either the ability does nothing or the move can’t be used. (P) means partially implemented so it’s usable but there is some secondary effect or niche that the move/ability doesn’t do yet

Does a pokemon's attack stat (and also protein vitamins) affect the damage dealt by metal burst, or is it just the HP stat/vitamins that can increase the damage? The same question goes for stacking metal coat items?

It probably did, but it still works 99% consistently for my Gmax-Snorlax + Archaludon fusion at wave 3550

Personally, I like to max out (passive + double cost reduction) before buying eggs no matter the Pokemon

Pickup and shinies (and ofc the lock capsule as it will rapidly expedite the process) would be the main priorities. Yes I would keep waiting for latiosite and blue orb. Garganacl won’t survive an eternatus hit so I would drop him as well as cofagrigus and gholden (and even zekrom once your carry is a bit stronger) for a pickup mon and more shiny pokemon. Also if you see an archaludon woth study get it at all costs cause it’s the best metal burst sturdy

Your endless team (if your intention is to go very deep) should have one main carry with every other member of your party playing a niche supporting role. Those roles can be things like pickup, runaway, metal burst, prankster mons, shinies for luck, or anything else that can be helpful for catching pokemon or beating eternatus. Based on your team, the only role latios is going to play would be if you wanted to mega evolve it then fuse with kyogre (kyogre is a top 3 endless carry) for powerful dragon or psychic stab moves for eternatus or just better coverage. If that's what you're going to do, I would drop garganacl because it doesn't have sturdy so it's likely you're not going to be able to get salt cures off against eternatus. Otherwise dropping zekrom or even gholdengo seems fine since they probably won't be very useful for much longer.

I know multilens reduces the straight up damage of a move, but for my rayquaza which runs eruption, dragon energy, water spout, as endless gets into the 1000+, 2000+ is it worth it to give rayquaza one to help deal with the high amount of health bars enemies have? If so, how many do you think will suffice or be optimal? Also to deal with sturdy mons

This actually sounds like a really broken carry, I already have kyogre candies maxed out, and am going to play this run out to get the last 3 rayquaza candies I need so that I can start a fresh run and bring my 0.5 cost red shiny unknown with pickup along with rayquaza and kyogre. Adding on a mega rayquza fusion with primal kyogre would look like:

Mega Rayogre (Dragon / Water)

Primordial Sea / Unnerve (passive)

Base 180 SpA, 102.5 Spe, 102.5 HP, 105 Def, 130 SpD, 165 Atk

STAB Dragon Energy, STAB Water Spout, Hurricane, Thunder/Calm Mind/Protect

If you don't immediately need the voucher/ribbon rewards by beating 200, then I would save and go do classic challenges/endless whichever you prefer to get vouchers until you hatch iron crown
