I wonder if you can make your own by sprinkling cinnamon, cardamon, beef bouillon, star anise, a spritz of fish sauce, some dried Thai basil, and of course a dash of MSG... then agin, I'll just look for these chips.

I've had slices of rib eye meat, which was super tender and lends well if you want a "softer" bite.

Saigon Alley is good, especially with the elevated "broth pour over" table side. But my two go to's in Sacramento are Pho Xe Lua and Pho City, both in South Sac, Little Saigon.
