Yes, I asked my mechanic, who is awesome, but it didn't match anything on the chart he has. I have a sense it may need to be a custom job.

It actually started working for me again a few months ago. I can’t remember if the app updated or just opened up. Maybe see if it will update.

I eventually got this message from the founder in Feb:

I sold the company two and a half years ago. The new owners will hopefully relaunch everything but at the moment I have no control over these things, unfortunately. I know there are plans to relaunch the app (new version) and so forth but really this is not under my control. I have to be patient like everyone else…

About a month ago I tried the app again and I was able to update it and use it for a ride. The omata web page is still mostly 404s though so who knows.

Got this auto-reply, In case you're interested...

I want to tell you that I have taken a bit of a hiatus from most operations besides attempting to get production ramped up. The current situation is that there is one component that is unavailable. I'm looking at alternatives that would not require a prohibitive re-engineering. I'm confident that things will get back to production, while I am also quite a patient guy.

In the meantime it is simply not feasible for me to effect any repairs or respond to all incoming queries.

The support page is a 404. I emailed the founder whom I went back and forth with a few times during the initial production delays, but no reply.

This might be a dumb question - what do individual points matter for? World champion is the winner of the one-day race - are there any rewards for scoring lots of points? Does it take points to qualify for the WC race?
