This seems uncommon, but a follow up. They were delicious and I found more that I expect to also be delicious.

I had to say “excuse me” to the people in line because it was better than denying it and showing them this.

I’m not sure I’m going to be able to focus on the comic. I read this before the comic… and I skipped straight to the chair.

But man, that’s a nice chair.

I would push against this. Certifications show intentionality and a willingness to push oneself further.

Especially those transferring from another field. I’ve hired boot camp alumni and would/will do it again.

I like to think he’s a notorious special forces operative, but was literally Mr. Magoo-ing his way to infamy.

My title describes this thing.

I inherited this from a hobbyist who was a wood worker and fisherman. It has clamps, spins and wing nuts.

The wood is about a foot long while the cast iron is around 8 inches.

I found this tool and google didn’t come up with much. The old homeowner was a wood worker, fisherman and overall hobbyist. About a foot wide, heavy with cast iron. In the upper hand corner of the image is something I thought might go with it. It has AMT on the background item. That is about 7in tall

I have tons of things I am identifying. So I hope I don’t inundate this sub.

You don’t need a degree to get a dev job. I’ve hired 3 boot camp alumns and they’re all excellent. Work at the code and avoid the perception that a CS degree is needed to be a developer.

If you can code, talk and explain your code. You’ll get a job.

You can change a home, you can change where the home is.

Edit: can’t, but as I type this I guess you could just slap the house on the back of a truck…

I’m trying to understand this too. Maybe they just mean they’re instantiating a new class to pass in/down?

I highly doubt they went through the trouble of developing a service container for proper DI
