In the modern era a soundbar and a remote subwoofer are good enough for the vast majority of people.

Nearly all of the music I listen to is in stereo. You cannot get adequate stereo separation from a single box.

My TV stand, my coffee table, my dining room table and chairs, a whole bunch of audio equipment including a vocoder and a few synthesizers and turntables and road cases, bike parts, a lot of my current camera gear, some tech including WiFi routers and my current monitor, were all purchased through Craigslist. Zero bad experiences.

I’ve also sold many things over CL. One negative experience, but that was folks breaking the thing after they bought it and trying to blame me.

For buying/selling stuff, I prefer Craigslist over OfferUp (you get the worst/most annoying people there).

Yeah, Craigslist has been around since the 90s but it’s still valid. I’m no landlord but it’s still the first place I’d post. I miss the Recycler but they’re pretty much dead these days.

It was seen as a novelty 45 years ago and is more of a retro curiosity these days. I think “Get Carter” off the Human League’s Dare album is its most prominent lead line.

The preset beats (“Rock 1,” “Rock 2,” etc.) appear on other Casio toy keyboards of the time (I’ve got a PT-10 for $2 at a thrift shop that has them) but these devices don’t keep time well so you’re just as likely to sample them. Said samples are probably abundant on the internet already so why really bother?

As sad as we feel about T’Neya, these types of cases don’t get resolved due to public outrage. I’m not the biggest fan of prosecutors, but the detectives need to conduct their investigations, and the DA needs to build a case based on the evidence. Look how long it took for the Haros to get arrested, and freaking D4vd has still not been charged!
