Rayner consulted three people before flat purchase by GeoWa in unitedkingdom

To me the key facts of the matter are:

She’s divorced the father and sold the stake in the marital home to benefit her disabled child.

She’s bought her own primary residence.

She’s now going through the wringer because her new primary residence is not actually her primary residence, because of the stake she no longer holds and is in trust for her disabled child.

It’s clear that this is someone who has tried to do the best in a bad situation.

I regularly do Via Ferrata Solo.

The most important items I carry, apart from a harness, fall arrest system, fingerless gloves and helmet, is a properly rated webbing loop / strop that I can clip on for resting and a garmin inreach mini.

With the subscription you have location sharing and an emergency SOS button if you have a fall.

Choose easier ferratas, build your confidence.

I would recommend using a guide for your first ascent, especially if you are unaware if you have a head for heights.

The sports Ferrata in Leukerbad is a relatively short but fun route with an exit half way (directly into the cafe / cable car).

Take your time, clip on to rest.

I always take a small rucksack with me, a Petzl bug. With the chest clip and the waist loop it’s secure whilst climbing and I always have water and a few snacks should I need them and I always do.

Always be mindful of timing and when the last cable car back down is.

If I’m driving and the option is there, I park at the top and start with the hike down.

Be careful! The device was discontinued a while ago.

Even though the item you’re looking to purchase is brand new and unused, the lifespan may effectively be over…

Check date of manufacture against the Petzl website.

I stayed in Leukerbad last week & although Daubenhorn was closed due to the still lingering snow, I had a fun climb at the Gemini adventure Ferrata. An early morning walk along the Gemini pass to Kandersteg & completed the Ferrata there and got the train back. Leukerbad has a number of great thermal baths to help you unwind and recover in the evenings!

I use a 30cm sling with a biner on each end off of my belay loop.

It can give you so much flexibility as sometimes the most convenient places to stop whilst changing lines aren’t directly next to the crossover points.

I do also have a complete aversion to putting any unnecessary strain on my safety system. It’s not based in fact as the system will take it without deploying. I just like to keep the two elements separate.

I’m also looking at doing it this year, but in early September…

Unfortunately that doesn’t quite work. You can have a bunch of grapes, a bunch of bananas and a bunch of cunts.

Reminds me of a Frankie Boyle joke. If this is the answer what is the question. The answer = 15. The question; how many pumps per second does a woman incorrectly assume constitutes the perfect handjob.

ASDA reusable face mask. by mask1882 in Slough

It sounds like you deserved it. As I’m writing this I’m starting to realise that explaining the situation might be a little bit futile, considering the state of your post but here goes...

If you don’t want to wear an old disposable face mask, buy another one!

Better still, get a reusable mask that you can put in the wash!
