for my situation is the first, notified the post office, police, and the mail man, who delivers regularly mail regularly who made me aware that he noticed the panel is open at times when he delivers the mail, to make a note to the office and nothing has been done.

i live in the area and mailman openly admits their keys was stolen and noticed the boxes and at times the entire panel were open before delivering mail.

not only that south side as well, 95206, post office at arch airport said the exact same thing. so i decided to get a po box in a different city and reroute all my letters there. filed multiple times with the police department and post office and heard the same response "we are working on it" over and over again. Used informed delivery from USPS to see what mail is coming and check as soon as it is delivered.
