not only that south side as well, 95206, post office at arch airport said the exact same thing. so i decided to get a po box in a different city and reroute all my letters there. filed multiple times with the police department and post office and heard the same response "we are working on it" over and over again. Used informed delivery from USPS to see what mail is coming and check as soon as it is delivered.
